ARE THEY 100% ORIGINAL PERFUMES?


ALL THE PERFUMES ARE 100% ORIGINAL! All our hand-decanted perfumes and products are 100% authentic and original. They have been purchased from authorized vendors or directly from manufacturers. We do not sell fake perfumes, imitations or replicas. We do not compromise, change or alter the original state of perfumes in any way. We simply transfer the liquid to a new atomizer for convenience and sampling purposes. Decanty is a completely independent and separate entity from the manufacturers and/or brand owners of the designer and niche perfumes we offer. Decanty warrants that the content available through Decanty is the original product(s) and is independently repackaged by Decanty . We are not affiliated or associated in any way with the brand, designer, or designer manufacturer, and we do not have any agreement that authorizes us to rebottle or repackage perfumes.


WHAT IS A DECANT?


A decant is another name used for the atomizer (or sample vial). Decanting means transferring liquid from one place to another. We transfer fragrances from their original bottle to smaller sample formats.


HOW IS THE FRAGRANCE DECANTED?

In our aseptic sterilization laboratory, we carefully hand-decant each made-to-order sample. Using a sterile syringe, we measure and transfer the liquid from the original retail bottle to the new atomizer. The decanting process is delicate and we are careful not to compromise, affect or alter the original state of the perfumes.

WHY DECANT PERFUMES?


We decant perfumes because it's the best way to know if you really like a perfume before buying a big expensive bottle. Our sample sizes are perfect for travel so you can always have your favorite perfume with you on the go! It's also a fun and exciting way to own a wide variety of amazing scents without breaking the bank!


HOW CAN I ORDER A DECANT/SAMPLE?

HOW LONG DOES A DECANT/SAMPLE LAST?


This largely depends on how much perfume you wear on a daily basis. Each sample size has an approximate number of sprays per bottle.

• 10 ml = approx. 160 sprays

The shelf life of a decant/sample perfume is approximately 3-6 months depending on where and how you store your perfume.


WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO STORE MY DECANT?


It is best to store your perfumes in a cool, dark and/or dry place. Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity. Common places to store your sample would be a drawer, closet, or cabinet. Keeping the decant upright will prevent the possibility of leakage.


ARE THE DECANTS/SAMPLES LABELED?


Yeah! Each one is individually labeled with the name of the perfume and the name of the brand.


WHAT WILL I GET WHEN I PURCHASE A DECANT/SAMPLE FROM DECANTY ?


You will receive an authentic perfume that has been hand decanted into a sample size. The decanted perfume is 100% authentic, hand decanted from the original retail bottle, made to order just for you! Samples come in a glass vial fitted with a spray cap for better application. Each sample will be professionally labeled and carefully packaged.


WHY ARE THE BOTTLES GLASS AND NOT PLASTIC?


Glass is much better for the longevity and lifespan of a perfume. The glass we use is of high quality and does not break easily. However, if you drop them or handle them carelessly, the chances of them breaking are higher.


ARE THE DECANTS/SAMPLES SAFE TO TRAVEL WITH?


Yeah! Decant size options are all below TSA standards and requirements. We use high quality glass bottles; They are delicate but resistant!


WHERE DO WE SHIP?


We ship to all of Europe. We provide free shipping depending on the spend. Shipping charges are based on the country and location we ship to.


WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping rates vary depending on the country where it must be sent.


HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping usually takes 2-3 business days. We cannot fully guarantee the exact amount of time, as sometimes the postal service has delays that we cannot control.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?


You can view all of your order information, including tracking information, within your account. Simply log into your account, view all your orders, enter the order, and tracking will be associated with the order.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?


Yes, if the order has not been shipped, you can cancel the order. If the order has already shipped but you requested a cancellation prior to the shipping date and time, we will accept the return of the original/unopened package, however we will not pay for the return shipping cost. The cost of returning an order that was canceled will be your responsibility. Once we receive the canceled order, we will verify it and then refund you.


WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?


All major credit cards (ie Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) are accepted. As well as Apple Pay, Shopify Pay, Google Pay, Bitcoin!


WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED MY ORDER AND THE ITEMS ARE DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?


If you receive a damaged product in the mail, don't worry, we'll send you a replacement!
Email us the details and attach several images of the product as you received it.

Please inspect your package upon receipt and contact us within 3 days of receiving the shipment if there are any problems with the order received.


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT APPEARS "DELIVERED" BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT?


We are not responsible for any order that is claimed lost or stolen after the time of delivery. Please allow a one or two day grace period for shipments scanned as "delivered" as sometimes the package is pre-scanned while in transit to its destination.


CAN I ORDER A PERFUME IF IT IS NOT AVAILABLE?


YEAH! LET US KNOW! Request a perfume and we will do everything possible to get it!

CAN I CHANGE OR RETURN MY SAMPLE?


Choose your decants carefully as WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR REFUNDS. As we guarantee that our Niche and Designer perfumes are original and authentic when we ship them, we cannot guarantee that returned products have not been compromised or altered.
